Dampak Mobile Self Efficacy terhadap E-Payment Trust dan Technology acceptence model (TAM) Pada Continuance intention to use TokoPedia di Kota Surabaya

Persaingan ketat di sektor e-commerce menuntut Tokopedia untuk terus
berinovasi di tengah dinamika pasar digital. Meskipun pengguna internet dan
transaksi daring meningkat, loyalitas pelanggan tidaklah terjamin. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mobile self-efficacy dan kepercayaan
terhadap e-payment terhadap perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan
Attitude towards pada continuance intention to use. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dari 260 responden dianalisis
menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa mobile self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, dan kepercayaan
terhadap e-payment. Ketiga variabel tersebut memengaruhi sikap pengguna, yang
selanjutnya mendorong niat penggunaan berkelanjutan dan penggunaan aktual.
Temuan ini mendukung Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dalam konteks
pengguna Tokopedia di Surabaya. Kesimpulannya, mobile self-efficacy
berpengaruh signifikan perceived ease of use , perceived usefulness, attitude
towards, actual usage dan intention to use berkelanjutan Tokopedia, mendukung
seluruh hipotesis dan model adopsi teknologi dalam e-commerce.
Summary
E-commerce competition demands Tokopedia to continue innovating amidst the
dynamic digital market. Although internet users and online transactions are
increasing, loyalty is not guaranteed. This study aims to analyze the influence of
mobile self-efficacy and e-payment trust on perceived ease of use, perceived
usefulness, and attitude toward. This study uses a quantitative approach with a
survey method. Data from 260 respondents were analyzed using PLS-SEM
through SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that mobile self-efficacy has a
significant effect on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and e-payment
trust. These three variables influence attitude, which then drives continuance
intention to use and actual usage. These findings support the Technology
Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of Tokopedia users in Surabaya. The
conclusion is that Mobile Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on perception,
attitude, and continuance intention to use Tokopedia, supporting all hypotheses
and models of technology adoption in e-commerce.
