Mediasi pada Kantor Cabang BRI Singaraja, Bali. Key Performance Indicators
Kantor Cabang BRI Singaraja Bali. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah
Structural Equation Modeling melalui program SEM-WarpPLS untuk mengetahui
hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Key Performance
Indicators (KPI) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan,
Kepuasan Kerja, dan Employee Engagement. Namun, KPI tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara langsung. Key Performance
Indicators berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui
variabel mediasi Kompetensi Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Employee Engagement.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Key Performance
Indicators (KPI) on Employee Performance with Employee Competence, Job
Satisfaction, and Employee Engagement as Mediating Variables at BRI Branch
Office Singaraja, Bali. BRI's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are currently an
innovative approach in performance measurement that provides freedom and
responsibility to employees in achieving organizational targets. This study uses a
quantitative approach through a survey of 129 respondents of employees in the
BRI Branch Office Singaraja Bali work area. The analysis method is Structural
Equation Modeling through the SEM-WarpPLS program to determine the
relationship between variables. The results of the study show that Key
Performance Indicators (KPI) have a significant positive effect on Employee
Competence, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Engagement. However, KPI does
not have a significant effect on Employee Performance directly. Key Performance
Indicators have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through
the mediating variables of Employee Competence, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Engagement.
