Startup companies in Indonesia are currently entering a phase to seek profits
amidst intense business competition. One of the sector that affected by this
growth is the insurance sector. This study examines the relationship between
Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management, Locus of Control, and
Innovative Work Behavior, and uses Learning Theory and Social Cognitive
Learning Theory.This research is quantitative with total sample 150
employee from PT Asuransi Untuk Semua. Using convenience sampling
technique and data analysis, using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 software.
The result showed that there was a significant influence between
Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management on Innovative Work
Behavior. This study concludes that locus of control is one of the
determinants in increasing individual creativity in startup insurance
companies.
