The event, which took place at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, UB, carried an interesting theme, \u201cIgniting Creative Minds: Innovation and Imagination in Business Education\u201d, which managed to attract the attention of academics and business practitioners from various parts of the world.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The IACBE Region 10 Conference is a meeting place for brilliant minds in the field of business education. Present as keynote speakers are four prominent figures, namely:<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Professor Fadi Asrawi, Ph.D.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from Haigazian University, Lebanon, who will share his views on innovation in business education curricula.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Archish Maharaja, CFP, CPA\/PFS, Ed.D.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from Duquesne University, United States, will discuss the importance of creativity in facing future business challenges.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Mrs. Rut Damayanti, DBA.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a lecturer from Brawijaya University, will present a local perspective on the development of business education in Indonesia.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Professor Jayanthi Ramadorai<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from Acharya Bangalore BSchool, India, will share his experiences in implementing innovative approaches in business learning.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As well as <\/span><b>Mohammad Iqbal, DBA.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, as a moderator of an interesting and interactive event between speakers and participants.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the main highlights of this conference was the importance of implementing <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">design thinking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in management education. Yesterday&#039;s discussion emphasized how important the management approach is. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">design thinking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in stimulating students&#039; creative thinking and preparing them to face dynamic business challenges. International collaboration is also a highlight, where the exchange of knowledge and experience between countries can improve the quality of business education and prepare graduates to face the global workplace.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Sciences UB should be proud to be the organizer of this prestigious international conference. As the first department in Indonesia to achieve IACBE accreditation, this step shows FIA UB&#039;s commitment to improving the quality of business education and contributing to the development of superior human resources. According to the Head of the Business Department, Dr. Nur Imamah, SAB, MAB, Ph.D., this conference is one of UB&#039;s real steps in realizing the vision of internationalization. &quot;In addition to international conferences, we are also trying to improve international classes and their curriculum,&quot; said Nur Imamah.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The IACBE conference was attended by more than 60 participants from various countries, such as China, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, and Lebanon who attended online and offline. Sebagai departemen pertama di Indonesia yang meraih akreditasi IACBE, langkah ini menunjukkan komitmen FIA UB dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bisnis dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang unggul.
