STOP SCROLLING FOR A MINUTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yesterday, 12 June 2023 was set to be the first day of UAS at FIA UB. However, UAS <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">take home<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> And <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">offline <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">came over and over again without giving mercy, right MABIS?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do you feel physically tired all the time, dizzy so that your head feels hot, and have there been changes in your appetite and sleep patterns?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you feel emotionally demoralized and motivated, filled with negative emotions and thoughts, and always feel like you&#039;re never enough?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Finally, in terms of attitude, have you withdrawn from the social environment, not carried out your duties or responsibilities, and been procrastinating on work yet?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If so, that&#039;s a sign you&#039;re experiencing it <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burnout. Burnout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is a state in which oneself is emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted caused by excessive and prolonged stress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&quot;Then what should we do?&quot; According to HelpGuide.org, MABIS can...<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tip 1: Be social<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>If there is a problem can be told<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to parents, family, friends, friends, to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">professional<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Alternatively, you can<\/span><b> limit contact<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> with people who we think are &quot;negative&quot; or can be <\/span><b>looking for new environment and friends<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. You can follow the community to the organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tip 2: Find a New Perspective on the Things That Make MABIS Burnout<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By looking at other points of view, you can help yourself reduce <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burn out. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Like looking <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">value <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">from studying UAS. Apart from that, take time to rest first, don&#039;t forget to take time to do things you like, such as doing hobbies. Don&#039;t forget to focus on things that make you happy too, OK?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tip 3: Re-evaluate Priorities<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Try MABIS take a short break to think about MABIS goals and ideals. It could, when MABIS experienced <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burnout, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Turns out MABIS too <\/span><b>abandoning the things that bring MABIS to its destination.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">MABIS can use this opportunity to rest, <\/span><b>by getting enough sleep and limiting yourself from playing <\/b><b><i>gadgets<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and find out what really makes MABIS happy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tip 4: Exercise<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Simply setting aside 30 minutes a day to exercise can be one of the most important remedies for coping <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burnout. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can do jogging in the boarding area and or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">home workout <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">that can be done at the boarding house.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tip 5: Eat less food and change habits<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To reduce <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burnout, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">we need\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reducing sugar intake\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reducing intake of high-calorie carbohydrates<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reducing foods that can affect <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mood<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, such as food or drink containing caffeine, fat is not good<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keep your spirits up!
