The Bachelor of Business Administration Study Program held a 3in1 webinar with the theme "Developing, Managing and Using a Customer-Related Database to Build a Successful Analytical Customer Relationship Management". This activity took place on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 online via Zoom Meeting. This activity presented two competent speakers, namely Dr. Syed Hassan Raza (Associate Professor at the Institute of Media and Communication Studies, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan) and Yohanes Yuda Suharto., MM (HRD \u2013 Staffing & Training Supervisor at PT Roda Sakti Surya Megah, Malang, East Java, Indonesia) .<\/p>\n
