The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya (FIA UB) held a Leadership Meeting. The activity was attended by all work units under FIA UB, including departments, study programs, laboratories, agencies and institutions. The activity which lasted for two days from Friday (17\/3) to Saturday (18\/3) was centered in Surabaya.<\/p>\n

Dean of FIA UB Drs. Andy Fefta Wijaya, MDA., Ph.D said that there were two main agendas for the rapim this time. The first is the agreement and signing of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) for each work unit, and the second is the preparation of work programs for each work unit based on the KPI. The Dean has hopes that all of these KPIs can be achieved.
