ANNOUNCEMENT<\/u><\/strong>

It was announced to all Undergraduate (S1) students that the Short Semester of the 2014\/2015 Academic Year was held from 29 June \u2013 15 August 2015. The provisions for SP are as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Registration 10 \u2013 23 June 2015, closes on 23 June 2015 at 15.00 WIB<\/li>\n
  2. Cost Rp. 100,000\/credit for regular classes and Rp. 150,000\/credit for English language classes<\/li>\n
  3. The maximum load is 10 (ten) credits or 3 (three) courses<\/li>\n
  4. Payment via BNI KC Univ. Brawijaya No. Account 39649462 (payment slip provided by FIA UB Finance Subdivision)<\/li>\n
  5. Registration is carried out in the Academic Subdivision room, Building B, 1st Floor, FIA UB<\/li>\n
  6. Attach a Study Results Card (KHS) which lists the courses to be programmed in the Short Semester (SP)<\/li>\n
  7. Fill in Short Semester KRS Form<\/a> signed by the Head of the Study Program and\/or Head\/Secretary of the Department.<\/li>\n
  8. Submit Short Semester KRS and Proof of Deposit from BNI to the Academic Subdivision at the time of registration.<\/li>\n
  9. If students who are prospective Short Semester participants withdraw during the Short Semester without clear and justifiable reasons, then the Short Semester fees cannot be canceled or withdrawn.<\/li>\n
  10. Attendance in the Short Semester is at least 80% from the total face-to-face meetings in the Short Semester of the subject in question<\/li>\n
  11. The final score listed on the KHS is the best score or SP score for the course<\/li>\n
  12. The course grades that can be programmed in the Short Semester are at least E or as high as C+<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
