Notified to all undergraduate program students (S1), The 2015\/2016 Academic Year Short Semester will be held on 27 June \u2013 12 August 2016<\/strong>. The provisions for the short semester are as follows:<\/p>\n

1. Registration<\/strong>
\nDate : 8 June to 17 June 2016
\nHours: 09.00 \u2013 11.00 & 13.30 \u2013 14.30 WIB
\nPlace: Academic Subdivision Room, Building B, 1st Floor, FIA UB

\nRegistration closing
\nDate : 17 June 2016
\nHours: 14.30 WIB<\/p>\n

2. Fees<\/strong>
\nRegular class : Rp. 100,000\/sks
\nEnglish class : Rp. 150,000\/sks
\nPayment via: BNI KC Universitas Brawijaya
\nNo. Account : 39649462
\n(payment slip in the FIA UB finance subsection)<\/p>\n

3. Short Semester registration requirements<\/strong>
\na. Course scores that can be programmed in the Short Semester are at least E or as high as C+.
\nb. The Short Semester KRS is signed by the Head\/Secretary of the Department or the Head\/Secretary of the Study Program
\nc. Attach the previous Study Result Card (KHS), which lists the courses to be programmed in the short semester
\nd. The maximum load for the short semester is 10 (ten) credits or 3 (three) courses
\ne. Submit BNI deposit proof<\/p>\n

4. If a prospective short semester participant student withdraws during the short semester without a clear and justifiable reason, then the short semester fee cannot be canceled or withdrawn.<\/p>\n

5. Attendance in the short semester of at least 80% from the total face-to-face short semester of the lecture concerned<\/p>\n

6. The final score listed on the KHS is the best score or SP value of the course.<\/p>\n
