In connection with the Graduation Period IV and V of the 2015\/2016 Academic Year, we hereby inform you of the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The graduation procession was held on 21 November 2015 (Period IV) and 22 November 2015 (Period V) at Samantha Krida UB Building.<\/li>\n
  2. There are no cancellations, replacements or additions to graduation participants. Graduation participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony can attend the graduation in the next period (repeat) at a fee in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/li>\n
  3. The graduation dress rehearsal was held on November 20 2015 at 15.00 WIB (Period IV) and November 21 2015 at 15.00 WIB (Period V) in Samantha Krida UB Building.<\/li>\n
  4. Faculties can take graduate invitations starting November 18, 2015 after 13.00 WIB, by bringing proof of graduation payment.<\/li>\n
  5. Students can take invitations at their respective Faculties after the Faculties take invitations from the Rector.<\/li>\n
  6. The costs for the graduation ceremony are paid through BNI 46 to the UB Chancellor's Account Number 0039649406<\/li>\n
  7. The Head of the Academic Subdivision or the Head of Student Affairs Subdivision will immediately check the completeness of the photos of the graduation participants at https:\/\/siakad.ub.ac.id\/wisuda\/wisuda.buku.php.<\/li>\n
  8. Head of Academic Subdivision or Head of Student Affairs Subdivision immediately reports:\n
      \n
    1. List of repeat graduates,<\/li>\n
    2. The best graduates and graduates from abroad or Double Degree to BAAK<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      no later than 16 November 2015.<\/li>\n

    3. Online graduation registration Period V for the 2015\/2016 academic year opens on date 2 November 2015 at 09.00 WIB<\/strong><\/span> with a quota system of 25 participants per faculty, except for the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program with 10 participants, the rest is up for grabs by all faculties\/programs. * Refers to circular letter no 6795\/UN10\/AK\/2015<\/strong> <\/em><\/li>\n
