In accordance with the Examination Rules that every student is required to bring and show a Student Identity Card (KTM) when taking the semester exam. Specifically for 2015 batch students, they are welcome to use Form 3 (can be printed via SIAM) which has a 3\u00d74 color photo attached and stamped (can be requested at the General and Equipment Subdivision, Building B lt.1 FIA).
