PERTOR No. 70 of 2020<\/strong>
\nULTKSP is a unit that functions as an integrated service provider for victims of sexual violence and or bullying which is managed by UB and implemented by the Faculty, Postgraduate, Vocational Education, and Study Programs Outside the Main Campus.
\nSo anyone who feels they are a victim of or witnesses an incident of sexual violence and or bullying of Academics and Education Personnel can report the incident by filling out the Complaint Form.<\/p>\n

The role of ULTKSP<\/strong><\/p>\n

ULTKSP is a unit that functions as an integrated service provider for victims of sexual violence and or bullying which is managed by UB and implemented by the Faculty, Postgraduate, Vocational Education, and Study Programs Outside the Main Campus.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ULTKSP Purpose:<\/strong>
\n1. Maintain standards of human values and dignity in UB and protect academics and educational staff from all forms of sexual violence and or bullying
\n2. Preventing sexual violence and\/or bullying perpetrated against academics and education staff, ub
\n3. Provide services, protection, recovery and empowerment of victims by ensuring that appropriate steps are taken in the context of preventing and handling sexual violence and\/or bullying committed by and\/or against academics and education staff
\n4. Carry out programs against sexual violence and\/or bullying in UB based on gender mainstreaming based on Pancasila, UB's values and identity.
\n5. Building support and acceptance of the family and community, which is conducive to victims
\n6. Encouraging the development of multi-disciplinary science related to the prevention and handling of sexual violence and\/or bullying<\/p>\n

ULTKSP function<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Providing prevention services against possible victims of sexual violence and\/or bullying<\/li>\n
  2. Providing treatment, protection, recovery and assistance services to victims of sexual violence and\/or bullying<\/li>\n
  3. Taking action against perpetrators of sexual violence and\/or bullying;<\/li>\n
  4. Coordinate with units\/agencies related to reports involving victims, witnesses, reporters, and\/or the reported party;<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate with related units\/agencies in providing protection to victims and witnesses<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
