Notified to Doctoral of Administration Science Program (PDIA) FIA UB, after completing the courses for two (2) semesters, then the stages that should pass through are as follows :<\/p>\n

Pra Qualification :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Submit Semester 1 and 2 KHS Photocopy<\/li>\n
  2. Submit 3 (three) pra-proposal script under the condition 2 (two) pra-proposal script without name and 1 (one) pra-proposal with name<\/li>\n
  3. Submit 2 (two) exemplar of journals (10 Journal Minimum) which used by students to compose pra-proposal<\/li>\n
  4. Review Implementation will be held maximum 2 (two) weeks after the scripts were received<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualification Exam<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Submit table revision based on appropriate advice which given by 2 (two) blind reviewer<\/li>\n
    2. Submit 3 (three) revised pra-proposal script<\/li>\n
    3. Examination\u00a0can be done minimum 1 (one) week after the entire fittings\u00a0fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      after passed the Qualification Exam and get the promotor and co-promotor, <\/strong>as a doctoral candidate, student are required to\u00a0pass through the exam stages as follows :<\/p>\n

      1.\u00a0Commitee of Research Proposal Dissertation Meeting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

      1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
      2. Submit the Validity Sheet signed by Promotor Team<\/li>\n
      3. Submit 3 (three) exemplar of dissertation proposal script<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2. Feasibility of Research Proposal Dissertation Meeting<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

        Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team and Co-Promotor<\/li>\n
        2. Submit the Validity Sheet signed by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
        3. Submit table revision of dissertation script based on appropriate advice given by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
        4. Examination held in front of at least 5 (five) examiners, includes Promotor Team<\/li>\n
        5. Submit 6 (six) exemplars of proposal dissertation script<\/li>\n
        6. Exams can be held minimum 1 (one) week after the entire fittings fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          3. Commitee of Field Research Preparation Meeting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

          Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

          1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team and Co-Promotor<\/li>\n
          2. Submit the Validity Sheet signed by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
          3. Submit the Revised Description Sheet signed by the Promotor Team and Examiner Team<\/li>\n
          4. Submit table revision of dissertation script based on appropriate advice given by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
          5. Submit 3 (three) exemplars of proposal dissertation script<\/li>\n
          6. Exams can be held minimum 1 (one) weeks after the entire fittings fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4. Commitee of Dissertation Research Result Meeting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

            Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team and Co-Promotor Team<\/li>\n
            2. Submit the Validity Sheet signed by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
            3. Submit table revision of dissertation script based on appropriate advice given by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
            4. Submit 3 (three) exemplars of proposal dissertation script<\/li>\n
            5. Exams can be held minimum 1 (one) week after the entire fittings fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5. Quality Assurance and Seminar of the Research Result<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

              Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

              1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team anf Co-Promotor Team<\/li>\n
              2. Submit the Validity Sheet signed by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
              3. Submit table revision of Dissertation Script based on appropriate advice given by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
              4. Submit 2 (two) exemplars of Dissertation Research Result Script to be sent to the eksternal blind reviewer which come from outside UB and 7 (seven) scripts for promotor team and internal examiner team<\/li>\n
              5. Exams can be held minimum 2 (two) weeks after the entire fittings fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6. Properness Commitee of Final Dissertation Exams Meeting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team, Co-Promotor and Head of Program Study<\/li>\n
                2. Submit table revision of Dissertation Script based on appropriate advice given by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
                3. Submit 4 (four) exemplars of Dissertation Research Result Script<\/li>\n
                4. Submit the Revised Information Sheet signed by the Promotor Team and Examiner Team<\/li>\n
                5. Submit of plagiation graduate proof<\/li>\n
                6. Submit the KHS photocopy semester 1 and 2<\/li>\n
                7. Submit the Guidance Sheet (Red) and Sheet of attending seminar minimum 10 (ten) times (yellow)<\/li>\n
                8. Submit the TOEFL certificate photocopy (minimum score 500) and TPA (minimum score 500)<\/li>\n
                9. Exams can be held minimum 2 (two) weeks after the entire fittings fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  7. Final Dissertation Exams<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

                  Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                  1. Submit the Exam Petition Sheet signed by the Promotor Team and Co-Promotor Team<\/li>\n
                  2. Submit the Validation Sheet signed by the Promotor Team<\/li>\n
                  3. Submit 10 (ten) of Dissertation Script<\/li>\n
                  4. Exams can be held minimum 2 (two) weeks after the entire fittings fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    8. Commitee of Validation Meeting<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

                    Requirements\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Submit the Exam Lembar Permohonan signed by Promotor Team, Co-promotor and Head of Program Study<\/li>\n
                    2. Submit the Keterangan Revise evidence signed by the Promotor Team, Internal Examiner Team and Eksternal Examiner Team<\/li>\n
                    3. Submit the Revision Tabel Disertation Script sesuai with the advice that given by Promotor Team and Internal Examiner Team though Eksternal Examiner Team<\/li>\n
                    4. Submit 4 (four) Disertation Script<\/li>\n
                    5. Exams can be held minimum 1 (one) week after all the entire fittings\u00a0fulfill by the student<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
