ABSTRAK
Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis baik pengaruh
langsung orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha,
maupun [engaruh tidak langsung melalui keunggulan saing. Penelitian ini
dilakukan pada UMKM Batik Desa Klampar di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sampel
Penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 60 UMKM dan dipilih menggunakan non
probability sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Unit
analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM batik serta menempatkan para pemilik
atau pengelola sebagai responden. Data analisis menggunakan pendekatan
Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar dan orientasi
kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja usaha.
Melainkan orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Adapun hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan
bahwa keunggulan bersaing memberikan mediasi pada pengaruh orientasi
kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha. Pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa
keunggulan bersaing memberikan mediasi pada pengaruh orientasi pasar
terhadap kinerja usaha.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to test and analyze both the direct influence of market
orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, as well as
the indirect influence through competitive advantage. This research was
conducted at the Batik UKM in Klampar village in Pamekasan Regency. The
research sample was determined as 60 SMEs and was selected using saturated
sampling, that is, all members of the population were sampled. The unit of
analysis in this research is SMEs and places the owners or managers as
respondents. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with
SmartPLS 4.0 software.
The research results show that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation
do not have a direct significant effect on business performance. However, market
orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant effect on competitive
advantage. The results of the mediation test show that competitive advantage
mediate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance.
The mediation test shows that competitive advantage mediates the influence of
market orientation on business performance.
