PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA, IKLIM KEPEDULIAN DAN KINERJA APARAT RESERSE KRIMINAL : Studi pada Aparat Reserse Kriminal Umum Jajaran Polda Metro Jaya

Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan keadilan organisasional terhadap
kepuasan kerja, iklim kepedulian dan kinerja aparat Reserse Kriminal (studi pada
aparat Reserse Kriminal umum jajaran Polda Metro Jaya). Program Doktor Ilmu
Administrasi kekhususan Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi,
Universitas Brawijaya, Malang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh
kecerdasan emosional dan keadilan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja,
iklim kepedulian dan kinerja aparat Reserse Kriminal (studi pada aparat Reserse
Kriminal umum Jajaran Polda Metro Jaya). Penelitian dilakukan secara
proposional stratified sampling dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 156 aparat
Reserse Kriminal, Analisis data penelitian dengan analisis Deskriptif dan dengan
analisis jalur (path analysis) serta menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least
Square).
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa : 1) kecerdasan emosional aparat
Reserse Kriminal berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan
kerja ; 2) keadilan organisasional aparat Reserse Kriminal berpengaruh signifikan
dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja ; 3) kecerdasan emosional aparat Reserse
Kriminal berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja aparat ; 4)
keadilan organisasional aparat Reserse Kriminal berpengaruh signifikan dan
positif terhadap kinerja aparat ; 5) kepuasan kerja aparat Reserse Kriminal
berpengaruh tidak siginifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja aparat ; 6) iklim
kepedulian aparat Reserse Kriminal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap
kinerja aparat ; 7) keadilan organisasional aparat Reserse Kriminal berpengaruh
signifikan dan positif terhadap iklim kepedulian dan 8) Kecerdasan emosional
aparat Reserse Kriminal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Iklim
kepedulian.

This study aims to examine and explain the influence of emotional
intelligence and organizational justice on job satisfaction, caring climate and the
job performance of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police’s Criminal Investigation
officers. The study was conducted by proportional stratified sampling with a total
sample of 156 criminal detective officers, analyzing research data with descriptive
analysis and path analysis and using PLS (Partial Least Square) method.
Results of the study confirmed that: 1) emotional intelligence of the
Criminal Investigation Officers had a non significant and positive influence on job
satisfaction; 2) organizational justice of Criminal Investigation officers has a
significant and positive influence on job satisfaction; 3) emotional intelligence of
the Criminal Investigation Officers has a non significant and positive influence on
the job performance of the officers; 4) organizational justice of the Criminal
Investigation Officers has a significant and positive influence on the job
performance of the officers; 5) job satisfaction of the Criminal Investigation
Officers has a non significant and positive influence on the job performance of the
officers; 6) the Caring Climate of the Criminal Investigation Officers has a
significant and positive influence on the job performance of the officers; 7)
organizational justice of the Criminal Investigation officers has a significant and
positive influence on the Caring Climate and 8) emotional intelligence of Criminal
Investigation Officers has a significant and positive influence on the Caring
Climate.
