Tujuan utama penelitian merupakan penelitian pendahuluan untuk merumuskan bisnis model ritel tradisional second-hand fashion di Kab. Jember menggunakan rantai nilai. Hasil menunjukkan, merumuskan bisnis model ritel tradisional second-hand fashion menggunakan rantai nilai memberikan lensa baru pada daya saing perilaku wirausaha dan tindakan dengan lima kompetensi dan area fokus yang berkorelasi mengurangi keberlimpahan limbah produk dan pakaian jadi melalui penjualan kembali daripada dialokasikan ke sistem limbah. Dengan demikian, relevansi daya saing mampu menyoroti kompetensi inti ritel tradisional second-hand fashion untuk memikirkan kembali pengurangan limbah tekstil paska-konsumen dan investigasi lebih lanjut praktik bisnis yang ada.

The research objectives is preliminary research to formulate business model for retailing traditional second-hand fashion utilize value chain in Kab. Jember. The results showed formulating business model retailing traditional second-hand fashion provide new lens for competitiveness entrepreneur behavior and actions with five competences and focus area that correlates reduce surplus waste products and apparel through resale rather than being allocated waste system. Thus, revelatory competitiveness is able highlight core competencies retailing traditional second-hand fashion to rethinking reducing post-consumer textile waste and further investigating existing business practices.
