Pengaruh Faktor Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Karyawan Studi pada Karyawan Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Agama)
ABSTRAK
Penulisan Tesis dengan judul “Pengaruh Faktor Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Karyawan” merupakan penelitian korelasional yang akan dilakukan pada karyawan Sekretariat Jendral Kementerian Agama. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Apakah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; Apakah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; dan Apakah Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Tujuan Penelitian ini: Menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; Menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; Menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; Menjelaskan dan menganalisis Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; Menjelaskan dan menganalisis Pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian explanatory. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah dengan metode simple random sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Agama dengan kriteria tertentu yang berjumlah 386 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 197. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS yang terdiri dari pengujian outer model dan inner model. Pengujian data akan dilakukan menggunakan Bantuan Software Smart PLS versi 3.

ABSTRACT
This Thesis entitled "The Effect of Job Satisfaction Factors and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Its Impact on Employee Performance" is a correlational study that will be conducted at the Organization and Administration’ Bureau in the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religion. The formulation of the research problem in this study: Does job satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Does organizational commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Does job satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance; Does organizational commitment have a significant effect on Employee Performance; and whether Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This study aims: to explain and analyze the effect of job satisfaction variables on organizational citizenship behavior; Explain and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; Explain and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Employee Performance; Explain and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on Employee Performance; Explain and analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.
This study will employ the explanatory research. The sampling technique will use is the simple random sampling method. The research population is the employees in the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religion, which is consist of 386 peoples using the guidelines for determining the population based on the criteria determined by the researcher. The sample used was 197 respondents. The analytical method that will employ is SEM-PLS analysis which consist of Outer model analysis and Inner Model Statistical Analysis. The Data analysis will employ computerize software Smart PLS version 3.
