Kota Madiun mengalami penurunan kunjungan wisatawan domestik akibat pemberlakuan PPKM guna mengendalikan penyebaran Covid-19, sehingga berdampak pada perekonomian daerah. Walikota Madiun menanggapi hal ini dengan berupaya mengubah kota menjadi tujuan wisata ramah lingkungan melalui Pahlawan Street Center, sebuah taman tematik dengan tema destinasi luar negeri. Upaya ini berhasil diakui dengan sejumlah penghargaan dari tingkat regional hingga nasional. Meskipun demikian, ulasan Google tetap mencerminkan adanya kesan negatif dari pengunjung terkait lingkungan dan fasilitas di Pahlawan Street Center, yang menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan dalam hal pengelolaan dan fasilitas untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh destination attributes terhadap memorable tourism experience dan satisfaction serta dampaknya pada revisit intention. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research dengan unit analisis merupakan pengunjung Pahlawan Street Center (PSC) Kota Madiun, Jawa Timur. Lokasi penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan adanya kesan negatif dari pengunjung Pahlawan Street Center yang ditemukan pada ulasan Google. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 120 responden yang merupakan pengunjung Pahlawan Street Center (PSC) dengan metode purposive sampling. Kuesioner offline digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data primer yang kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS 26 dan SmartPLS 4.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Destination attributes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap memorable tourism experience; (2) Destination attributes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction; (3) Destination attributes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention; (4) Memorable tourism experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction; (5) Memorable tourism experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention; (6) Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Madiun city has experienced a decline in domestic tourist arrivals due to the implementation of community activity restrictions to control the spread of Covid-19, which has had an impact on the regional economy. The Mayor of Madiun responded to this, by trying to turn the city into an eco-friendly tourist destination through the Pahlawan Street Center, a theme park with the theme of world destinations. This effort has been recognized with a number of awards from regional to national levels. Despite this, Google reviews still reflect negative impressions from visitors regarding the environment and facilities at Pahlawan Street Center, indicating the need for improvement in terms of management and facilities to enhance the visitor’s experience.
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of destination attributes to memorable tourism experience and satisfaction and its impact on revisit intention. This type of research is an explanatory research with the unit of analysis being visitors in Pahlawan Street Center (PSC) Madiun City, East Java. The location of this research was chosen based on the consideration of the negative impressions of Pahlawan Street Center visitors found on Google reviews. This research was conducted on 120 respondents who were visitors in Pahlawan Street Center (PSC) using the purposive sampling as a method. An offline questionnaire used as a primary data collection method which is then processed using software such as SPSS 26 and SmartPLS 4.0.
The research results show that (1) Destination attributes have an effect on memorable tourism experience significantly; (2) Destination attributes have an effect on satisfaction significantly; (3) Destination attributes have an effect on revisit intention unsignificantly; (4) Memorable tourism experience has an effect on satisfaction significantly; (5) Memorable tourism experience has an effect on revisit intention unsignificantly; (6) Satisfaction has an effect on revisit intention significantly.
