This study explores the factors influencing environmental IT performance by integrating the Belief-Action-Outcome approach and the Theory Acceptance Model among employees of a State-Owned Logistics Services Company in East Java. Using a quantitative method with a sample of 230 respondents collected through Google forms, the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS application. From the analysis, it was found that the perceived ease of technology use significantly affects its perceived usefulness. However, the ease of technology use does not directly influence attitudes towards environmentally friendly technology (Green IT). Nonetheless, the benefits perceived from the technology have a positive and significant impact on attitudes towards Green IT. This positive attitude then motivates engagement in Green IT practices, contributing to enhanced environmental performance. Another intriguing finding is that engagement in Green IT practices mediates the relationship between attitudes towards Green IT and environmental IT performance, suggesting that a positive attitude towards Green IT encourages more eco-friendly practices. Lastly, the benefits perceived from eco-friendly technology mediate the relationship between its perceived ease of use and the positive attitude towards Green IT. Overall, this study indicates that a positive attitude towards Green IT and the perceived benefits of environmentally friendly information technology are key factors in driving individual or organizational engagement in eco-friendly practices, which in turn improves environmental performance.
