Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Niat Penggunaan Learning Management System Menggunakan Extended TAM: Studi pada karyawan startup PT. Rantai Pasok Teknologi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji faktor selfefficacy, facilitating conditions, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan
attitude toward using terhadap intention to use LMS. Theory of reasoned action,
technology acceptance model, UTAUT dan TAM 3 digunakan sebagai landasan
konsep penelitian. Terdapat 9 hipotesis yang dianalisis dan diuji pada penelitian
ini.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT.
Rantai Pasok Teknologi non direksi sebanyak 154 orang yang dihitung
menggunakan rumus slovin. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini
adalah tanggapan responden yang berasal dari kuesioner yang dibagikan via
google form dan dikirim via whatsapp berisi tentang pendapat atau penilaian
mereka. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Structural
Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan
signifikan antara faktor self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived
usefulness, attitude toward using dan intention to use. Faktor facilitating
conditions ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap
perceived ease of use. Perusahaan yang telah memanfaatkan LMS wajib
mempersiapkan fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung dengan baik serta diikuti dengan
pemahaman karyawannya mengenai fitur-fitur, manfaat dan hal lain yang dapat
menunjang sikap positif dan ketertarikan karyawan terhadap LMS.
This study aims to analyze and examine the factors of self-efficacy,
facilitating conditions, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude
toward using towards the intention to use LMS. Theory of reasoned action,
technology acceptance model, UTAUT and TAM 3 are used as the basis for the
research concept. There are 9 hypotheses that were analyzed and tested in this
study.
The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative
approach. The sample in this study are permanent employees of PT. Rantai
Pasok Teknologi non-directors as many as 154 people who are calculated using
the slovin formula. The data collection procedure in this study was the
respondents' responses from questionnaires distributed via Google form and sent
via WhatsApp containing their opinions or assessments. The analytical tool used
in this study is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence
between the factors of self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness,
attitude toward using and intention to use. The facilitating conditions factor was
found to have an insignificant effect on perceived ease of use. Companies that
have used LMS must prepare supporting facilities properly and be followed by an
understanding of their employees regarding features, benefits and other things
that can support positive attitudes and employee interest in LMS
