Preparation of the Strategic Environmental Assesment (SEA) is an obligation for the Government and Local Government in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 32 of 2009. So that on the basic these obligations, the City Government of Semarang through the Departement of the Environment prepares the SEA Revised Semarang City Spatial Plan 2011-2031 with the aim of improving the quality of the Regional Spatial Planning wich so far has been deemed unable to solve the City's problem.
