Value Co-Creation Based on Customer Participation in Contributing : Case Study in Ngalup Co-Working Space Company, Malang City.
This research has a purpose to explore customers involvement in terms of value co-creation. Value co-creation is a value determinant of service-dominant logic that emphasizes both service-based and value-based exchange which is created by the actors in the company. This research focused on creating value between actors at Ngalup’s Co-working and its customers. Qualitative method with case-study approach issued in this research. Data collection is conducted by observing and interviewing three company’s customers.
