PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM IN THE INDONESIAN MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTRY

This study aims to assess the needs of the indonesia ministry of environment and forestry (IMEF) to adopt balanced scorecard (BSC) ti improve its performance measurement systems, and to exploew the research uses constraints to implement it in IMEF. Using Qualitative method, this research uses the assessment guide adopted from Niven (2006) and interview key persons working at the divisions responsible for producing annual performance report.
