KEY DETERMINANTS OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF E-SERVICE EVIDENCE FROM QLUE APPLICATION IN JAKARTA PROVINCE
Facing population growth and rapid urbanization problem and situation Jakarta attempts to implement the smart city concept thought various policies. One of them is Qlue application, a smartphone-based community service with an android an IOS-based Geo-tagging operation system. This application is the initial smart city application that citizen use to report aspiration an/or complaints. Furthermore, government already did many effort to introduce and disseminate the Qlue application even though it face some difficulty in the initial year, like some refusals from citizen. In order to improve the citizen participation and facing the citizen refusals, this research attempts to seek the acceptance and use of the application. This research explores some variables(citizen perceptions and personalities) that effect to the acceptance and use of Qlue application by combining 2 model. The research model based on UTAUT and combination with marketing high technology process. This research used 251 questionnaires and analyzed with structural equation modeling method through smart PLS 3.0 application.
