Dimension and Outcome Of Experience Quality in Outdoor Dining Casual: The Case of Outdoor Cafe in Indonesia
This Study determine the effect of experience quality on costumer satisfaction and costumer loyalty the relationship between experience quality and costumer loyalty through costumer satisfaction is explained in this study. A total 168 questionnaires were distributed to respondents who already had experience visiting and enjoying food in natural outdoor cafes in Malang. Data was collected by direct survey to respondent and inferential statistics. demographics of the respondent were also describe in study. the finding os this study indicate that the emergence of millennial generation has made change in this study.
