IMPLEMENTATION OF DECENTRALIZED WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT BASED ON INTEGRATED WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN INDONESIA: A Case Study of Cisadane River Basin

Currenly, many countries in the world have been implented decentralization for its watwr resouces management. It is convinced that decentralization can improve people welfare and reach sustainable water resouces. Since the last two decades, Indonesia has been perpormed decentalization for managing still exixt such a flood, drought, and ego sectoral among stakeholders. Cisadaneriver basin as one of national strategic river basin faced the tastest growing population and land conversion finction in Indonesia. Some conflicts occurate not just between people in upstream area but also among stakeholders. This resesarc is descritive case study with a qualitative approach. Using granle model, we anlysed the perpormed of the decentralization and elaborated the supportings and contraining factors in the implemntation.
