The Influence of Social Capital and Entrepreneurship Orientation on Business Strategy and Performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises: A Study in Timor Tengah Utara
This research aims to explain the influence of Social Capital, Entrepreneurship Orientation on Business Strategy and Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). The Population of this study is owners and or managers of MSME furniture processing industry and traditional weaving in district of Timor Tengah with a sample of 40 respondents. Sampling technique is Partial Least Square Approach. The results of this study indicate that social capital and entrepreneurship orientation have a significant efeect on the business strategy and performance of MSME
