Outsourcing Sovereignty : Why Privatization of Government Functions Threatens Democracy and What We Can Do About It
Some of the ideas that ied to this project have been in my head for a while, others, the best one really, were stimulated by colleagues in the academic and public sectors. My thinking on private due process was advanced at the January 2005 annual meeting of the association of american law schools on an administrative law panel Ishared with Michael Asimov, Gillian Metzger, and Ed Rubin. In February 2005 participants in the gordozo law school/michigan law shcool/conference on contrating out at the national academy of public administration (Ied by sally anne payton) proved indispensable in framing the issues.
