PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL IN INDONESIAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT: A Case Study of Civil Servant Evaluation Based on Targets and Behaviors in Banyumas Regency
This study examines the practice of performance appraisal system based on targets and behaviors in indonesian local goverment by observing the case of Bnayumas Regency. For many years, civil servant evaluations around the globe have been dominated by two different methods. The first is the behavioral evaluation that provides simplicity and the second is targets based evaluation that provides more reliable results of quantitative measurement.
