This thesis is about the implementation of collaboration that has been done in public education organization. In analysis, the thesis uses the thesis uses the case that has been implemented in PPPPTK BOE/VEDC Malang. In this research, it is examined how the collaboration between PPPPTK BOE/VEDC Malang with international scale public education organization, industries and NGOs bring impact toward the quality vocational education in Indonesia.
